Sub-group Proposals
Meeting frequency
Quarterly Group Meetings (2 face to face and 2 conference calls) for more general updates and discussions
Sub-group meetings on request (Translation tooling is a good example)
Specific meetings can be organized for specific tools, which themselves becomes sub-groups when a critical mass is reached (Managed Service being a good example)
Regular Updates (?monthly) can be provided via email/newsletter
Proposed Sub-groups
Each sub-group must have:
a member of staff from IHTSDO Technical Services and therefore have at least one IHTSDO staff member
at least one representative of the relevant Tooling Supplier (in many cases IHTSDO)
at least two group members from two separate Member countries
The following existing sub-groups, based around specific tools, are proposed:
Tooling Implementation/Deployment Sub-group (to cover how to deploy the open source software which makes up the tools).
The following are tools that may have ad-hoc meetings on request by Members of the AG:
Member Forum Budget Proposals
Additional Sub Groups will be setup for new or proposed tooling as deemed appropriate by the Members of the AG.
The Managed Service is outside of the scope of the Tooling User AG for the moment until it opens to a wider user base. Managed Service Members should contact @Terance Shird for further information.
