SNOMED International now has a ‘Hilton for Business’ account that allows our employees with Hilton Honors ('HH') accounts to access discounted booking rates at participating hotels in the Hilton group, worldwide.
Key point to note:
Discounted rates can be applied to both personal and business travel
Employees must have an existing HH account (with your @snomed.org email address listed as one of your account’s email addresses)
Traveler and company both earn Hilton Honors Points on every stay, but otherwise it will not impact your usual HH benefits
Stays will be visible within the SNOMED International account
If you wish to take advantage of this feature please ensure your @snomed.org email address is associated with your personal HH account and then click the invitation below to link it with SNOMED’s Hilton for Business account.
The link above expires on September 23, 2026. Please email events@snomed.org to request an emailed invitation if required.
Once done, next time you are booking a room directly through Hilton you will be able to select the 'Hilton for Business’ category under ‘Special Rates.’
Please ensure the ‘Travel for Business’ button is on (regardless of whether this is a work trip or a personal one). You will then be shown the discounted Hilton for Business rates first on your possible hotels:
