CONCLUSION:  Changes as expected - Map totals + all other totals match

  • AttributeValue files:

    • 675 records added/updated, plus

    • 378,590 inactivated!!!

      • THIS IS HALF OF THE ENTIRE FILE!!!

      • In the December 2025 Release there were:

        • 643,202 Active records +

        • 93,781 inactive records

      • SO TO INACTIVATE OVER HALF OF THE ACTIVE RECORDS IS DEFINITELY UNEXPECTED!!!

      • Investigated and confirmed that this is a result of the planned CNC indicator inactivations (MAINT-2692, INFRA-13661, etc) - 374,073 inactivated (leaving the remaining as a normal amount for an editing cycle)

  • Simple Refset files

    • 26 records added/updated, plus

    • 2 records inactivated

      • Confirmed as matches exactly with Lateralizable refset (723264001) ONLY data in "SEP + Lateralizable Report" sent to me by Maria (in Section 1 of Content Handover page) - see report above

  • AssociationSnapshot_INT.txt [SEP REFSETS: 734138000,734139008]

    • 15 records added/updated, plus

    • 1 records inactivated

      • Confirmed as matches exactly with SE + SP refset data in "SEP + Lateralizable Report" sent to me by Maria (in Section 1 of Content Handover page) - see report above

  • SimpleMap files

    • 393 records added/updated, plus

    • 0 reactivated

    • 3 records inactivated

      Confirmed as matches with:

      • firstly the number of CTV3 records (900000000000497000) - which in this release is 393 (as per the number of 900000000000497000 records in the SimpleMap diff files, + it's exactly the same number as new concepts this cycle - see "Concepts" tab in the Summary Component Stats report above) PLUS

      • the manual counts of ICD-0 records (446608001) - here 0 new + 3 inactivations, in the SimpleMap diff file (confirmed in int-monthly-releases slack channel), which also matches exactly with the new detailed Map Reports WCI sent off the back of Maria's Map tasks, sent in an email from noreply@snomed.org entitled "Upload Successful"
