Pain assessment
Background
Nursing Clinical Reference Group is reviewing an U.S validated and refined value set for pain assessment.
The goal of the review is to identify several factors.
Identify terminology with in the value set with international usage in nursing.
Identify SNOMED CT concepts that represent these internationally used terminologies.
Identify the need for and suggest new SNOMED CT concepts to represent internationally relevant terminology.
This is a gathering place to post files related to pain!
Christine and Erica will post all relevant pain assessment files here prior to Nursing CRG meetings. Group members are encouraged to post files here as well.

Hello everyone.
I have seen that in some areas you can choose between the zone and entire zone. I submit an excel with what I have reviewed to make a decision. I also make an annotation to generalized pain.
I continue the revision of the other terms
