@Helene Tuft Stavnes : wrong map for component. Cholesterol+ester(non HDL) is mapped to HDL cholesterol
This new SCTID is now a dublicate of 271003000113 [101003000105]  Substance concentration of HDL cholesterol in plasma in mmol/L (observable entity) [cI] (NPU01567 P—Cholesterol+ester, in HDL; subst.c. = ? mmol/L)
Not sure how this wrong map was created, was it due to specification to component not being addressed? Need investigation.
