@Helene Tuft Stavnes : System mapped as "systemic part of", im not sure this is right. Note that for this code the system will not be specified as it is a part of the bacteria finding. The NPU code I a part of e.g. this list NPU13749 Syst(spec.)—Bacterium(spec.); suscept.(list;proc.) and will never stand alone in a report.
Not sure what the right System should be, need further discussions.
