Diet findings 

• For the Diet findings item, if there is agreement to inactivate the relevant findings concepts, there will be a significant amount of follow-up work. This would include verifying that equivalent content exists in the regime/therapy hierarchy, and identifying suitable alternatives for diets that a patient may report as following but would not be ordered. 

• Bill Swan has reviewed the Nutrition Order FHIR Resource information and will share during the mtg regarding how to handle the distinction between self-reported diets and recommended diets.

 Discussion: NCPT also has all diets in ‘interventions’, The Nutrition Diet Order aims to package all elements of diet in one place as well.
