Allergy to substance groupers

Dear all. We worked on this list of allergy to substance groupers in terms of which concepts were not clinically useful and could be retired. For some reason, rows 191-248 were not filled in. I went ahead and provided my suggestions but if you could take a peak and let me know if you disagree with any of my decisions, please let me know.
