Having sight of SNOMED Internationals deprecation policy/plan, once formalised, will be helpful to understand the process SI will work to.

We support the deprecation of ICD-O version 3.1 Morphology and Topography maps on the understanding that they will be replaced with ICD-O version 4 maps.
