CONCLUSION:  All Changes match as expected EXCEPT FOR:

• Concept records are 8 counts different due to Promoted content - the SCS report shows 8 "Promoted" records - these records aren't shown SEPARATELY in the Manual comparison files...

  • SO WE CAN'T TELL IF THESE ARE VALID FIGURES OR NOT... raised https://jira.ihtsdotools.org/browse/RP-972

  • Peter + Elena confirmed reporting issue, and are working on aligning the PCR & SCS reports...

• 13x AttributeValue records diff to SCS report (asked NO team to investigate this in the next few weeks, in https://jira.ihtsdotools.org/browse/MSSP-2759)

  • Manual findings (in Snomed-Compares repo):

    • 896 new records 

      • 891 if which are active "20241115    1    " records

        • BUT one is the updated record below, and therefore the correct total is 890

      • 5 of which are inactive "20241115    0    " records

    • 6 records removed

      • 5 of which are because of the above inactivations

      • 1 of which is an updated record:
