CONCLUSION: Terance removed 2x invalid metadata components that NZ had left in by accident (see MSSP ticket for details) - in task NZREL-30

Manually confirmed that the 2x concepts (+ all related components) were removed from the release:

• Manually confirmed removal of 2x refsets (as per NZ request in MSSP-3092):

  • 53521000210109 "Ajcc Haematologic Malignancy Pathological T Category". 

  • 51000210100 NZ smoking reference set

• Confirmed Map changes as per report:

  • 46 new records +

  • 4 inactivated records

• TO BE CONFIRMED WITH NZ IN MSSP ticket....

CONCLUSION: All standard changes match as expected +

2x ANNOTATIONS REFSET FILES HAD HEADERS UPDATED AS PLANNED

BUT:

• 1x Concept Promoted - ask in MSSP ticket if this is valid during PreProd handover...

• REFSETS:

  • 602 refsets should have been REMOVED (due to file name changes) + 

  • 602 refsets should have been ADDED (due to file name changes) +

  • 184 new refsets should have been ADDED +

  • 186 new refsetDescriptor records should have been ADDED for those new refsets above 

    • 1x per each new refset

  • MANUALLY VALIDATED (as both PCR Report + local Comparison reports refused to run properly due to volume of files!)

    • April 24 = 602 refsets

    • Oct   24 = 602 original refsets + 186 new refsets - 19 refsets removed = 771

    • BUT ONLY 767 Refsets in final Oct 24 Package!!

    • HAVING SAID THAT, when I checked the "ALL Refsets" package in the MSSP ticket, that only has 765 refsets in it!! 

    • So seems that they are inconsistent with themselves even, so will hand over to NZ to validate...

• 19 Refsets Deprecated (had all their FILES REMOVED from package) +

  • Have spot checked several of the 19 and none of the files are in the latest package, so looks good

• 88 Refsets Deprecated (had all their content Inactivated) 

  • Have spot checked several of the 88 and all now have all records inactivated, so looks good

ROUGHLY MATCHES WITH EXPECTATIONS IN MSSP TICKET - sending to NZ to do detailed Validation as this is no longer possible for us to validate with so many refsets (over 600 now!)
