the licensing arrangement, unless there are exceptional circumstances, as agreed between the parties.

The SNOMED CT IHE Set will not increase by more than 10% of the total over the first 5 years of
the licensing arrangement, unless there are exceptional circumstances, as agreed between the parties.

IPS (HL7)

The SNOMED CT HL7 International IPS set will not increase by more than 10% of the total over the first 5 years of the licensing arrangement, unless mutually agreed by both parties.
