NEW CONTENT REQUEST CUT OFF FOR ALL REFSETS

Cut off for external collaboration partners (where appropriate) for requests for new content in this cycle's Refset releases. This is done via CRS, with one single point of contact in the Content Team to lead each refset.

  • Add any new content requested for this cycle that isn't already part of SNOMED CT, to the new July International content

  • @Jane Millar / @Suzy Roy to discuss the proposed timelines with all external stakeholders, and confirm that they can be available throughout both stages for a quick turnaround of reviews etc

  • Relevant Authors Migrate each of their own Refset(s) to the latest International Content and identify necessary inactivations, along with potential replacements

  • Add in any new content requested for this cycle

  • Discuss proposed replacements both internally and with any relevant External Contributors

    • This should be done as early as possible in order to provide the External Contributors with enough time to review and provide feedback

  • Update Refsets in the Refset Tool with final decisions

  • Complete Content Review QA

  • Put Refset into "READY_FOR_PUBLICATION" status and handover to Technical Release Manager ASAP (no need to wait until the final handover deadline)
