Additional Notes

This is a major release for the Refset Tool, representing numerous functionality enhancements, alongside prioritized defect fixes. This release coincided with migration to a new server with an upgraded version of Ubuntu. At the same time, we took the opportunity to upgrade versions Java and other dependencies.

Note: the new deployment pipeline requires up-versioning for every potential release, and we iterated through several potential releases before one was approved, hence the jump in version-number.
